Richard W. McMinn III CPA Richard is the Owner of the firm. He is a Certified Public Accountant, Personal Financial Specialist, and an Investment Advisor Representative with Millennium Advisory Services Inc., a Registered Investment Advisor.  Richard has been providing accounting, tax and financial planning services for over fifteen years. Some of his areas of expertise are general business consulting, strategic planning, corporate and individual tax planning, start-ups, business plan development and personal financial planning. Richard received a B.A. Degree in Business & Economics from Virginia Military Institute and a Master of Accountancy Degree from Virginia Commonwealth University. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Virginia Society of Certified Public Accountants, and is on the Finance Committee for Blessed Sacrament Huguenot in Powhatan.  Richard lives in Powhatan with his wife and two children and enjoys playing golf and spending time with his family.

Patrice D. Bereznak, Certified Quickbooks Pro Advisor Pat joined the firm in November 2006 after relocating from the Atlanta area.  She is a Certified QuickBooks Pro Advisor and has thirty years of public and corporate accounting experience with a variety of industries.  Pat specializes in accounting software training and support and bookkeeping/accounting write-up services. Pat received a B.S. Degree in Business Administration, majoring in Accounting, from Clarion University of Pennsylvania and is currently pursuing her Public Accounting re-Certification.  She lives in Powhatan with her husband and two children and enjoys exercising at the local YMCA, and volunteer opportunities through the church and high school.

E. Patrick Garrigan, CPA Pat joined the firm in August 2006 and is a Certified Public Accountant. He has over thirty years of public and corporate accounting and tax experience having worked with Ernst & Young and Wheat, First Securities, Inc., and having had his own sole CPA practice in Richmond and Midlothian for over a decade.  Pat is a Central Virginia native, receiving his B.S. Degree in Business Administration, majoring in Accounting, from the Robins School of Business at the University of Richmond.
